Online Campaign Manager

In this role you will work to develop and manage ad accounts, primarily on Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, Google, Tiktok and Twitter but could expand to other platforms based on needs and your experience. 

These ad campaigns will serve a diverse set of clients in the B2C space. You will do research to learn about our targeted career services clients for you to apply your deep knowledge of paid digital campaigns to produce great outcomes on social and search platforms. Your ideas need to be fresh, and you should be learning new things every day to help create better ads in the future.

• at least 2 years of paid digital ad management experience,

• strong flyer/graphic design skills for engaging ads (no plain jane canva designs)
• strong knowledge of social media ad platforms and Google Ads
• Prior agency and/or freelance experience is preferred.
• must have a strong track record of meeting and exceeding advertising campaign goals through testing, iteration, and results measurement.
• deep understanding of web pixel for ads on Facebook/Instagram, TikTok, & Google 
• ability to do extensive research 
- must have deep expertise in Google analytics



4 hours: 11am-3pm EST


$50/hour + spot bonuses

Business Development Manager

The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident with building new client relationship and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills.  

• Build relationships with prospective clients 
• Maintain consistent contact with existing clients 
• Manage sales pipeline in LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Analyze market and establish competitive advantages 
• Track metrics to ensure targets are hit  

• 1+ years in staffing sales industry REQUIRED; prefer staffing for startups experience 
• Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing 
• Demonstrated sales success 
• Strong negotiation & closing skills 
• Strong oral & written communication and presentation skills 
• Salesforce CRM & Monday Project tracking experience is required
• Cold calling experience REQUIRED 
• LinkedIn Sales Navigator experience and own subscription REQUIRED 
• must have US work authorization (citizen, green card or EAD; no H1B sponsorship)
• must speak clear English
• 1099 ONLY; no w2 or C2C

About the position:  
REMOTE - can anywhere within US, CA or Mexico 

Monday-Friday 10am - 2:30pm EST (two 15 min unpaid breaks or 1 30 min unpaid lunch)

Pay range: 
$20/hr plus 10% commission paid weekly; commission paid within 30 days of contract close and payout 

Health/dental/vision Insurance via the marketplace under $75/month for up to 1 individual, company paid trips, reimbursement for mileage for face to face meetings 


Social Media Manager

The ideal candidate would be running the entire marketing strategy including social media management while collabing with the Ad Manager to create monetizing ad campaigns, which will increase leads for the sales funnel.

Schedule: Weekends only Saturday: 10am - 2pm EST

Sunday: 12pm - 3pm


You will schedule all the content to post during the week on Sundays.


Saturday duties include going back to engage with those who commented on posts, working with Ads Manager on creating new ads based on analytics, creating new social media posts with different content based on analytics gathered from certain topics previously posted, and researching new engaging ways to increase the sales funnel activity through email marketing.

Everything you do would be geared towards and focused strictly on marketing - designing digital marketing on Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Tiktok, & Google.


You will perform market research to learn my target audience, social media marketing on all platforms listed above, and email marketing (including A/B testing) with my Wix subscription.


• 1+ years in social media engagement REQUIRED

 • Strong design skills in Adobe Creative (no canva flyers)

• Strong oral & written communication and presentation skills 

• Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Tiktok, & Google experience is required

• Content creation skills  REQUIRED 

• LinkedIn experience and own premium subscription REQUIRED 

• must have US work authorization (citizen, green card or EAD; no H1B sponsorship)

• must speak and understand clear English

• 1099 ONLY; no w2 or C2C
